Policies

Deposits & Payments

   We must have a credit card on file and deposit 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning date. If we don’t receive this information, your appointment will be canceled.

    We accept major card companies. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo.

When Life Happens

We understand life happens sometimes and it’s necessary to reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are entitled your deposit. Any cancellation after 24 hours results in loss of deposit as well as 50% of your service costs.

If the cleaning crew shows up and are unable to get access to the home due to a no show, no access code, no key, etc., you will be charged 75% of your cleaning estimate to compensate for our lost of time. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. We will try to reach you by phone prior to implementing this policy.

To ensure our time is respected, we require a small $40 deposit. This goes towards the cost of your cleaning service.

Privacy & Satisfaction

We at sparkle of glam respect privacy regarding any information we collect while booking and while we are in your home . You can count on us to respect your privacy.

We recommend you be present if it’s your first time receiving ours services. We enjoy meeting our clientele! After that, you may provide us with access if you don’t wish to be present.

Your satisfaction with our services is our top priority. You can have peace of mind since we are an insured company. Within 24 hours of your appointment, if anything is missed we will return to fix the missed area!
